I painted it Satin Black and changed out the keypad to a silver one, I had a black one in it.Not to bad looking check it out. Oh yeah and the 9000 theme.

Mine looks just like yours but the only difference is the lens is silver not black. I'm hoping I receive the black keyboard.

Pretty f'ing bogus that themes have to be paid for. All iPhone themes are 100% free.

Great mod. I don't mean to go off topic, but I actually purchased a theme last night. Under the circumstances, I guess $7 wasn't bad. It's the WinDesktop theme from bplay using the new Plazmic theme builder. I actually like it alot. Emulates Windows pretty well

What kind of paint did you use? I assume some high quality/special paints are needed right?

and where did you get a black keypad?

Its fusion paint for plastic, you can get it a your local auto parts store. My phone came with a black keypad (its the red att curve)

most themes are free, use google - I've downloaded and tried around 20 before deciding to go with the 'Today Plus' available OTA from mobile.blackberry.com

Looks great! What paint did you use, how many base & clear coats?

I think I'll paint mine to match my XPS notebook. I painted that a couple weeks ago.
