it seems to be making a call but ya cant hear anything. it seems to be answering a call but you dont hear anything. its happened three times now. a battery pull fixes it but thats BS to have to do...especialy when its an important call.

anyone else ?

NO, just what came with it. i think its 4.3

and i have NOT put any programs on it yet at all.

same thing here. I'm on 4.5 and when I receive calls it takes a few seconds to hear anything or for anyone to hear me.

Can the person on the other end hear you? If you haven't done a recent update of your OS and battery pull doesnt solve anything, it might be that your speaker is gone haywire.

That happened to me and I brought it back to Verizon...Got a new Curve, no questions asked.

after a second or two, the person on the other end can hear me just fine. It's not that annoying, and i've gotten quite used to it. This has been happening before 4.5 also.

i have had this same thing with my curve, and didn't really consider it an issue, just a quirk of the cell phones connecting. After seeing this, i may watch it more closely.
