Someone of our corporate users claims that his Blackberry device have not received a message from an office client, through Lotus Notes and through Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).
Before this (some few days ago), he claimed a message goes directly into his device, but not at the same time in the Inbox of his Lotus Notes client.
Is there anything I could do to avoid this or to track these failed messages?
I know I did not offer much to analyse, but I have only the word of him about it.
