Question Sync problem with Outlook 2010 calendar

I'm using a BlackBerry Bold 9000 with Outlook 2010 (32-bit) and BlackBerry Desktop Manager (BDM) 6.1. Outlook is installed under Windows 7 64-bit and it has only one calendar.

Most appointments appear in both the BlackBerry and Outlook, but some of them that were created on the BlackBerry are not showing up in Outlook after an error-less sync.

If I change one of these "missing" appointments in the BlackBerry by adding and deleting a space and then saving it, the appointment is not synched.

If I change one of these "missing" appointments in the BlackBerry by adding a character and then saving it, the appointment is synched and is recognized as a change, not an add by BDM.

I've compared appointments that sync correctly with those that don't and cannot find any difference in their characteristics.

The sync in BDM is configured as two-way. The BlackBerry is configured to save all appointments.

What's the best way to ensure that all BlackBerry appointments are correctly synched with the Outlook 2010 calendar?

Having a similar issue. On a sync I lost a number of calendar appointments in Outlook, but was able to restore these on my Blackberry from a restore. On a sync now, Outlook does not see any of the appointments. Very frustrated, as this started following an upgrade to the Desktop module. I did uninstall and reinstall an earlier version of Desktop and also tried altering appointments to get theme to sync. I have tried resetting every sync option and reset the setting in desktop. Tried syncing to Vista native calendar and no changes.

Any help is appreciated

Please use our SEARCH feature. There have been many problems working with Outlook 2010. You may find a solution if you look.

What OS are you using? The bundle number doesn't mean much. what we need to see id the last 3 numbers, i.e. OS 6.0.600 or OS 6.0.534, etc.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of DM from the RIM website.

If all else fails, you might consider using Google Calendar sync.
