My Bluetooth doesnt work i don't know i can turn it on and when i pair devices with my brother samsung galaxy s it works but the files from his phone never come threw.One more thing i don't have a internet service plan i only use the wifi so i installed whatsapp at the beginning it worked fine sending messages to my friends now it says i need a internet service plan help please.

Without a BB data plan, you only have a phone and a text message device. Cannot get around it. Who is your cell carrier, I know it isn't Bold 9000? Some carriers will not send you a WiFi service book unless you have a BB data plan.

The Whatsapp website has this for minimum requirements.

No it isn't. The Bold 9000 is the BB itself. Your cell carrier is the company that provides your voice and data service.

And to try to decipher the Bluetooth issue, you need to INITIATE the file transfer FROM your BlackBerry and then the files will come through.

Open a Media application, press the Menu button, select "Receive Using Bluetooth".
