Hi

I have added my work contacts in outlook, When I open MS Outlook and select contacts on the left side I can see contacts, Under that I can see work contacts in a new folder which is the way I wanted to set them up but now my problem is that when I sync my BB8100 it only syncs the contacts folder and not the work contacts folder

Can anyone tell me were I’m going wrong and how to fix this

The sync will only sync with the main contacts folder (on BIS) UNLESS you specify otherwise, but not two folders.

Through your DTM try going in and choosing individual folders to sync. This works for email folders not sure though about contacts. If this works it will not show separate folders. It will show as one big liston your BB. What you may want to try is going back to one contact list and use the category feature. For each contact you can assign a category work, family, or whatever. You can then filter by category in both Outlook and on your BB.
