Dropped my BB yesterday when doing some work in the yard

The escape key, menus, and many of the letters aren't working.

Some letters works as does the touch screen and the phone and power.

What can I do to fix this? Is this maybe an issue with a loose connection of the keyboard so something else?

It is not advisable to attempt to fix the device as you risk further damage. It's best to replace it.

The device. The problem is that newer devices like the 9900 have very small bits and everything is connected. You can't really just fix one thing.
