When an email attachment with a WAV file is received on my Blackberry Curve I don't see an attachment to click on in my email - I only see a message that says "Unsupported media type in header"
I can hear the WAV file when I open that same email on my PC, but not on the Blackberry.
Also, these WAV files are coming from my voice mail. I can hear "other" types of WAV files but not the ones coming from my voice mail. Any ideas why?

When you say other WAV files are these via email or the web?

I received a wav file as an attachment and was able to listen to that. But the ones that come into my voice mail and then go to my email as a wav file I CANNOT listen on my Blackberry, but I CAN listen to the same file on my PC. I want to be able to listen to them from my Blackberry.

Now I'm the one that is confused? How are the wav files comming from your voice mail?

He has his voice mail account set to email a copy of new messages. T

This has been asked before. I dont think that its a supported type. Try the search button tho. Maybe someone else has resolved this as there are definately other threads about it.

I have the same issue. I swore this worked on my 8700 once I upgraded it to 4.2 but it doesn't work on my curve at all. Are you using an Inter-tel phone system?
