i'm at my wits end with this phone. at first it was only freezing every now and then. you know... when you get that endless hourglass that won't go away? i would do a hard reset and it would go away. now, it's doing it constantly. i have no idea what to do. i've backed up my files and am about to save my 3rd party apps and try to wipe the phone. does anyone have any other ideas if this doesn't work?

go into options > status and tell us what your file free is.

That's bad. Go to the FAQ and check out the section on freeing up device memory.

i'm deleting one of my medical programs. I have epocrates and opera mini left for my 3rd party apps. that's it. i don't feel like i should still be having all these problems though.

Check the FAQ. If ur saving a lot of media to ur device and not an SD card then ur device memory will disappear very quickly. And read the FAQ.

well deleting that one program freed up about 62000 bytes or so. i'm deleting the sample video and it just froze again. sigh... i'm at my wits end with this thing. i love how small it is and that it allows me to use it both as a pda and phone which i really need for work but its giving me so many problems. has any one else had this much trouble?
