Add that account to your BIS email account.
1) Log into your carrier's site
2) Go to Setup Internet Email.
3) Go to the SBC email address, click Edit, type in the new password, click save and it will be saved.
You can also do this from the BB itself by clicking on the Setup Internet Email icon and completing step 3 above.
