It should be much better than the previous 400 attempts by Microsoft, right?

Clearly you've never used a Windows Mobile device.

I don't have to reboot my BlackBerry every day. Or every week. I see you have an 8320. How much free memory do you have (Options / Status will tell you).

The storm is a problem in itself.

the 2 or 1.

i have never had that problem with a blackberry.

the windows ones you have to do that everyday and they are slow as anything and i have no patients for that. i want my phone to work as fast as i do, and be able to keep up with me. my BlackBerry does that. i looked at the W.M. motorola Q, it was so slow when i was juts testing it out that it was aggrevating me....save with blackjack and others.

I was a Treo win mob user for years. Even run the BBConnect service on it for quite a while. Corporate use mostly so not much experience on media or a lot of third party apps.
Email/syncing and browsing worked as they should. I don't recall ever pulling the battery. Don't recall taking it to my admin for os upgrades either. Must have been lucky if i believe the horror posts i read about win mob handsets.

I say go for it. Give it a try and see how it performs for you. Maybe compile a little review post after you had it for a while.

BBF is blackberry-centric so one should expect that the median would skew towards BB handsets and solutions. Don't let that stop you though. Give it a try and let us know. Good luck.

I agree, give it a try and see if you like it... I have recently tried a Droid, a Palm Pixi, and am now playing with an iPhone...

I have NO interest whatsoever in trying anything WinMobile but it might be for you... You never know until you try... If you don't like it, BB's will still be here and available for you to buy...

You don't like the Pixi?

have you tried an Android device with the Sense UI Like the Droid Eris? I think you may like that better than the Droid.

The Incredible is pretty sweet, a buddy of mine has one, i want to pick one up but there are none to be found. From what I understand they have a screen shortage.

That's correct. Samsung makes the AMOLED screens and they're causing the delays with the Incredible. The Incredible will ship again on the 16th from what I am hearing.

I am looking forward to June 4th for the HTC EVO.

I thought the same thing, but a friend of mine has the N1 and loves the trackball on it. He says it is easier to edit text with it. For example if he misspelled a word, it's easier to scroll to the point than to touch the screen to the exact point.
