Are you in UK?
Do you know if Vodafone UK is selling just the phone. I check on their website and it seems they are selling it together with a BB plans... but supposing I already had another BB from Vodafone UK, can I just buy the phone? I'm asking this coz every "vodafone brand" blackberry will work flawlessy in Italy... I need to flight to London soon!

I bought 2 storm2 today. they are both going back. Wifi doesn't work and they have no fix in sight at this time. seems those with the more expensive data plan than the standard plan have theirs working, but the general masses of customers won't be able to use wifi. Major rip-off.

BB Maps also not working. spent an hour on the phone with techs. no fix yet.

Volume intermittently goes to 100 percent when listening to Pandora and I don't know if it is an OS or Pandora issue. Another person reported the same thing.

Phones going back in the morning. Enough of this nonsense. I spent 8 hellish days with the S1 and returned it after tons of trouble with freezes, etc. The new phone is not ready for prime time. If you don't heed my warning I guarantee you WILL be sorry. oh, of the 2 phones i bought today, each has a different feel when pressing icons, and parts of the screen randomly become difficult to press on to activate an item. Way too much pre-release hype over this new technology in the screen. In practice, it's a variable experience.

I have MP3s on mine and have zero problem listening to them via the built in software. I don't use Pandora. I use VZ Navigator, so I haven't seen an issue there. And the phone itself is the best experience I have ever had to be honest.

It's a brand new OS. Probably Pandora and Maps need a few updates.

I got my BB Maps problem fixed (RIM tech sent me an "ipd" file to install on phone to replace faulty file sent out on the current batch of phones).

My wifi issue was pilot error and now wifi works fine for me.

I'm waiting to see if the volume issue returns while playing music. I've only used my headphones a few times since the issue I reported in my previous post of the volume suddenly going up to full blast.
