Hey

Have a friend who just got an unlocked Vodafone Storm, put in Rogers SIM card and the phone is working for voice no problem, however the data side will not work.

How do you get the data side working? (Already has a data plan)

Well when he tries to sign up to the Rogers site

Sounds like he needs to get Vodafone to release the ESN from their system then.

The service books attached there are for AT&T though, they won't work for Rogers will they?

No, the AT&T service books won't work on Rogers, which is why said "gotta get your Rogers service books..."

Was the device used, on a Voda account? If so then yea the PIN needs releasing from them.

Yes I think it was, so I assume the PIN needs to be released, ARGH!
