A friend of mine has BB9700, and he has a problem. First of all he is not computer friendly guy , and this is a reason i'm trying to help him. He tried to synchronize the phone book with his email account, and now he has a list of contacts, where same contacts shows some times: once with the first name and phone number, another line with name, surname and email address, but without phone number, and following. Is there any application which can solve this problem?

What program was used. some are not compatible. Outlook is generally the app used.
the contact list must have the fields that are transfered and be in the proper order.
I would check the PC listing and see if it reflects what is seen on the BB.
Contacts were copied from simcard, and also synced with outlook... If i'll sync with outlook again, i'll get same list with duplicates in the outlook i think...
