Well, I managed to get calendar and contacts to sync with my storm. Although desktop manager says it is syncing tasks and memos, the apps do not exist on the storm. Anything I am missing?

I am thinking maybe a sync got fudged somehow? Any way to start over with the outlook sync?

If you're on a BES server, perhaps it's disabled by your IT folks (I'm one of them, but we don't restrict this).

OK, I used Revo to uninstall/install desktop mgr. Still no way I can find to reinstall Memo and Tasks. I think a hard reset is going to be needed.

Called VZ who put me through to BB tech support. They had me download and reinstall the handheld operating system and run loader.exe to reinstall the missing apps.
