I have navigation in all my vehicles and they have a night mode where the background turns black with neon green and yellow lines for the road.... Does the blackberry have an option for this or is there software out there that has night mode?

dimming the backlight will help. i think you're asking about changing the appearance, the color scheme, of the maps. that would depend on who's providing your maps.
