Default QuickPull Not Working on Storm.......

Please Login to Remove!

On my Storm 1, I have tried using QuickPull and a few other "QuickPull" apps and keep getting the same error message "Somethig went wrong. Aborting. See device log for more details."
Is there a specific "QuickPull" type app for the Storm?

Also, how do I "see device log.....?

you might have to change permissions for the app to allow it access to cod modules.

quickpull works by adding and removing a 'dummy' cod file to cause a device reboot.

I did go into the menu of Quickpull and chose "allow" with the three different pulldown options. But still no worky.

There was some beta version for Quickpull for Storm that I downloaded at one time on my 9530 to get it to work. Try this:

For v5.0 see Steelthorn Software » New QuickPull Beta Build Available

Or goto Steelthorn Software and click the beta tag in the tag cloud

Without knowing your version, I would assume you are on v5.0 on a Storm 9530

EDIT: I used to use Quickpull but due to these odd issues, I switched over to MeterBerry which provide rebooting and more features. So it may be time for a switch if the newer versions, this beta or support requests dont help!

Yep, got Meterberry and Meterberry wont reboot my 9530. Same error message. And yes, I am running 5.0. I will try what yo said though. Thanks allot.
