Ok , this has probably been touched on numerous times, but i cant find EXACTLY the info i need, and dont have a tON of time to continue to dig..i apologize in advance....


my problem is this....my Storm is unlocked on tmobile, and i had an issue with it, so i called tmobile tech support/unsupported handsets....somehow the lady directed me (whether on purpose or mistakenly) to a place in the phone where i had wiped out the service books altogether....any clue on how to get these back so i can try and replace them with the tmobile books again?? or which route i can go..im not used to the storm yet, as i was only able to use it for a couple days before it went down...everything else works except the email and data thing....thank you in advance for taking the time to help me..

Call tmobile. Talk to their blackberry department. You need them to push the books to your device

It should not take a lot of time as the detailed instructions are "stickied" at the top of the 9500 section...
