In my Outlook 2007 I have created a 2nd Calendar. Is there any way to sync it in as a seperate Calendar on my BB.

Possible, but you have to change the CICAL entry (Options -> Advanced Options -> Default Services) and then reconfigure the Desktop Manager sync to sync to the second calendar... Way too tedious.
