Default Full Querty in Portrait.

I'm starting to get use to the dual letter sure type but I think I once saw an app that can give the full, single letter qwerty keyboard in portrait. Did I dream this, anyone know where I can download it?

I believe this feature is available on a beta or hybrid version of the OS for the storm. I believe it's version .113 and above that offers the full keyboard in portrait mode.

Hope it helps

You can have single letter qwerty keyboard in portrait. You can set it from the keyboard settings.

I'm running .76 OS and I don't see that. Like above poster said I guess I need an update to have that feature. I'll wait for an official release. I don't trust all those leaked OS. To paranoid to mess up my storm. I have zero issues with it so far so no reason to update.

Thanks.

I think the full QWERTY in portrait came with .99, but I could be wrong. Personally, I prefer the SureType when in portrait just because the keys are bigger. I never was able to get used to the extra tiny keys for full QWERTY in portrait mode and I definitely tried. :\

The full qwerty in portrait mode wad introduced in .99. Honestly, there isn't anything to fear from loading a beta OS. Just read the findings thread at crackberry.com for each individual os and find the one that is best for you. If you don't like the way it runs, you can always revert back to something lower. I personally had no issues with .103. Hybrid .114v2 is what I'm running now and with the exception of a slight memory leak, it is great... Having the new select/edit function is pretty nifty.
