redirect not working

Hi All,
For the last couple of days my desktop redirect has not been working. It sends some messages but not others, and the ones it does send are from the day before. I checked everything device is on connected to the network redirect is running its showing the correct pin number for my device. As of right now I have 18 messages pending. TIA
