Any ideas or help with my issue will bbe mich appreciated. I just recently purchased the BlackBerry 8200. I went throught the set-up wizard and went through the steps to copy all my sim contacts to my device. For some reason when someone calls, it will only show the number that is calling and not the contact name. However, after the call is recieved and I go into my call log, it shows the contact name that just called registered. I thought it may be because some of my contacts have a (1) in front of the number and some don't, but this doesn;t seem to be the problem. I went a couple of days ago and switched my phone for a new one, but the problems persists. This has got me completely puzzled as no one can give me an explanation of why this happeneing. Please help!

Can you post a picture of it? Try taking a pic in the mirror, maybe with today's newspaper next to it?

Its not an 8200. Mostly because there is no 8200.
