Hello all,

Recently I purchased a Blackberry Curve 8320 and I noticed when the phone starts up there is a T-Mobile screen that flashes before it loads. I have already used the sugar cube method to remove the T-Mobile logo on the front, is there anyway to remove that screen and any other T-Mobile associated items in the Blackberry?

Sidenote: What do those 5 circles mean on the back of my phone?

The 5 circles are the logo for TMobile's MyFaves.

No, there is nothing you can do to change the startup splash. It can never be changed.

Maybe the people that know are just not talking.

I thought there was a combination of buttons you could hold down that made a screen come up that gave you a choice of carriers or no carrier logo at all?

That is one reason government, banks, etc, use the BB. It is secure and you really can't get in a fiddle with the internals.

That would not be an issue the Network has end to end encryption. It is simply stupid users. They are protecting the users from themself.

Adavnaced Method:

1. Reboot BlackBerry via Battery Pull
2. During first 10 Seconds of reboot place face down on table
3. Count to 92 using the Mississippi method in your head
4. Turn over BlackBerry and Start using it.

Use this method each time you reboot! You are all set.

That's not the point lol, the point is it being my phone and not wanting Tmobile's logo plastered over it when I already give them $80 a month for my contract.

Everything is branded. You bought it from them. It has their branding. It would be nice to be able to change it but its just not possible at this point.
