Hi there I have a blackberry curve 8520. I have a problem with my app world I upgrade it reboot my phone but now I don't seem to find my app world. I downloaded it deleted it and download it a gain but I can't find it anywhere on my phone. I looked everywhere by the downloads everywhere and my phone is on show all but I can't find my app world. I have the same problem with my blackberry maps it is downloaded but can't find it on my phone. Please help.

Do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan from your service provider?

Have you tried resending your Service Books?

I have a data plan okay first explain what is a data plan and then what is n service books because new to this.

You need a BlackBerry data plan, not just a data plan. Contact Cellc and get this plan: Blackberry Deals | BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) - Cell C
