Anyone have any old sun parts. Specifically memory or processors for ultrasparc (mainly u5/u10 and e250/e450).

I have 2 e250's sitting here half loaded that I could make real use out of if I wanted. And a pair of ultra5's and an ultra10 with only 128mb of RAM that solaris10 doesn't really play friendly with.

I think I have an Ultra 10. I've got somebody checking on it now. It's not in my building, but it's being retired sometime in the next month. It's being replaced with a Sun Fire V250. I also have some older Sun hardware you might be interested in. I've got at least one SparcStation 10, a couple of SparcStation 5's, and a Sparc 1000 server. I've got a few monitors (I think they're 17's), a couple of tape drives, and a lot of hard drives/enclosures. Let me know if you might be interested in the older stuff and I'll get an actual inventory. I'll get back to you on the u10.

They're 128MB DIMMs. I have at least 3.

50ns is part no 370-3798
60ns is part no 370-3200
