If you are within the Bestbuy satisfaction period just take it back to a store, get a refund and get a new one, or what ever your heart desires. If you are beyond that point you will need to access the warranty. Bestbuy may help with that but it depends on the terms, and it will depend of how may dead pixes are needed to trigger the warranty.
