Here are the results of a few months of work to finally get a public Beta version of Altitude out of the doors. The official 1.0 release should eventually be published on AppWorld and contain minor fixes but while the software gets approved, I thought people here could give us some feedback on this application. As this is a PRERELEASE, you might encounter some issues that we will try to solve as quickly as possible.
To get started :
1. Install Altitude
2. Register an account from the initial screen
3. Link your account to your Facebook account from the Settings scree

Description
Altitude synchronizes your location with your Facebook friends and will notify you whenever one of your contacts is within a close range. Link your Facebook account from the Settings screen to start receiving location updates from friends. Altitude can run in the background and still notify you when friends are approaching.
