Hi,

Cant seem to get voice dial to work, have tried saying commands while phone listens but nothing happens except it times out. I have used voice adapt but my phone simply doesn't hear me.

Have connected phone to Supertooth BTSTLGO and tried all of the above using handsfree Pearl still doesnt hear anything.

Bluetooth device is active in the pairings list.

Help my phone is deaf or I'm doing something wrong

Couple ideas. First, is the device really deaf (mic broken)? Test it with another app, voice notes, or something. If the the mic is indeed broke, then that's the answer to the question of what's wrong.

But even if the mic appears to be broke, you need to try a hard reset and then test again. Perform a hard reset by removing the battery while the power is on, and wait at least 30 seconds before replacing the battery.

Thanks people for your comments, took it to the shop this morning and indeed the unit is faulty, not bad huh only had it three days. O2 are replacing it.

Better to find out sooner than later if it's defective. Sometimes this type of problem goes undetected for a long time if the application is not used. Then the users are on their own for replacement
