Please Login to Remove!
It shows I have 2 unopened emails at the top of my BlackBerry screen...(envelope with star.) How do I get rid of that alert when all emails have been deleted and there are no new messages?

You have a hidden email folder with messages in it. Unhide all folders and you will find it. Very common -- happens to most of us at least once.

If there is absolutely no email, text messages, BBMs, etc., then a battery pull will usually clear it.
