Does anyone know how I can stop my mac from adding .DS_Store files all over microSD card when I add music to it?

No, but I can tell you how to remove them quickly once they're on your card.

Open Terminal (Applications - Utilities - Terminal) and type the following, substituting the name of your SD card for the <sdcard>:

dot_clean /Volumes/<sdcard>

this will remove all the "dot-underscore" files from your card. BE VERY CAREFUL not to do this with any volume other than the MicroSD; if you do this to you hard drive you run the risk of having a very bad day.
