Hi I also experience that same problem but with the letter N. Some suggestions that I was given were to reinstall OS after you backup your data, or carry it to a mobile technician to get looked at to see if the keyboard needs replacing.

Like others above, Try a battery pull. See if that helps. If not you could google a product named 'CyberClean' That gets deep into cracks and removes dust & Debris from deep inside. If that doesn't Work, I would take it to a Mobile Technician to see if it needs replacing.

Hope This Helps.

I agree with what one of the members said above, sounds like mechanical failure. I have read others discuss replacing a keyboard. If you are handy, you might give it a try. I'm willing to bet you could find a video demo of just such a procedure for your model. Otherwise, see if you can find a repair service that will take a look and give you a cost estimate to fix. Then make a decision on best course of action.

hi guys
I dnt have time to read through all the posts but here is my cent worth...
The click that you hear when the buttons are pressed r because of the little silver dome switches under each key. if they are cracked or worn out they may still work but will give the symptoms as in post #1... they are easy to replace & the right size one can be found on any other cellphone. Just peel them off the white sticky plastic under the keypad & put the where you need to replace them & your problem is solved.

If I have time later I will upload pics to assist with the repair.
Best of luck
Cheers...
