I have a MacBook Pro, and recently purchased a BlackBerry 8330 from Alltel and i am unable to sync anything with it using PocketMac.

The first time I tried a sync of just my contacts from address book and it sync'd about half of my contacts. Now if i try to use the software it gives me an error (error 1, No device connected).

Any suggestions on how to get this to work.

Are you running OS 4.5? i just upgraded my vzw 8330 from 4.3 and Im getting the same issue now.

I have the same set up and encountered the same problems and more. After a week of battles and multiple attempts at fixes I went ahead and paid the $40 for Missing Sync on the advice of many users on multiple message boards. Would have like the free solution, but PocketMac is not there yet. Too buggy at this point.
