Bluetooth connection with Toshiba

Hi,
I have a toshiba A305-S6916 and I am trying to connect my BB Tour to the laptop through bluetooth. My BB finds the device but my toshiba does not.
I have installed on my Toshiba the software that comes with the antenna.
I called toshiba support and they told me that the problem is with my BB.
I tried to find a answer to my problem looking at the BB's web site. I was not able to find any answer.
There is anyone in this fourm that can help me?
