I have a couple of users (Corporate I.T.) that have extreme difficulty getting Wired Sync of the Address Book to work. Consistently, for these two users, Intellisync fails on Address Book Sync. It worked great for their prior BlackBerry, but their Torch (9800) is not happy.

I've tried empty address books, new address books, and many more attempts, but these two are hold outs. Admittedly this is Lotus Notes R5, and the BBDM 5.0.1 is the best w can do, for now... but is there anything I can do?

I've Wiped the BBs several times, tried a later version of Notes (7.x) and no joy.

Our long term workaround is Wireless Sync and Lotus Notes 8.5, but that's a ways off for these users.
