Simple fix. Take it to Verizon and get another warranty exchange.

These things happen and eventually you will get a good phone.

Wirelessly posted

So your telling me that I paid for this phone and It shouldn't bother me when a phone that is considered a "smart phone " is pretty dumb. I shouldn't have to need to exchange the phone for a new one....

you see this is a new design for blackberry. Shoudl there be problems?....in a perfect world no there shoulnd't but you do have to expect some problems. Have you gotten a refurbished phone or a new one when they replaced it? if it was referbished then explain to them that you do not want another one like that but you want a new one out of the box, no questions asked.

Good luck with the next one

Have you tried upgrading the OS? It may help some of these issues. Here are some helpful links.

It's a mystery. No one knows the answer to that one except Verizon.

Plenty of people have installed betas with little to no problem, and it is easy to downgrade if you do have issues.

I keep seeing a common theme in most of these complaint threads....People who have 0 patience are trying to use the Storm as a portable computer...and if you do that, you will be sorely dissappointed.
I agree that you've had bad luck getting one that works so far. Mine only has a couple issues that i'm still getting used to, but the hybrid I'm installing later is supposed to take care of those issues.
