Well..... If you're on the main screen and you press Send, it takes you into the Call Log application - highlighting the first number listed. If you press Send again, it dials that number.
I would think the only way to fix that is to delete all of your call log records.
That is....it sounds like it's working as designed.
Unless I'm missing something.
