My Bold is an unlocked at&t phone, so I'm using it for T-Mobile. T-Mobile has a 3G internet data plan for the G1 phone, can I use that G1 data plan for my Bold since the Bold is 3G?

The Bold will be EDGE only on T-Mo since the T-MO 3G network is a totally different frequency band than ATT (and the rest of the 3G world) uses. Check the FAQ for what you can get using a non-BB data plan, but basically, you will not have email or the BB browser available.
