Question Bold 2 9700 Games & Apps

Please Login to Remove!

Just received my new Bold 2 9700 Big move after Bold 9000

i plug both to D.M. and switch all data from old to new bb

all the process went smooth... but when i switch my new bb i found out that the games and the apps are not moved!

when i try to re-download the apps and the games "supported OS 5 and Bold 9700" they ask me to do it via PC!

my question... how can i get the apps from old bb to new bb??

Thanks

Contact the vendor. You are going to need to contact them (or the point of sale) anyway to get new registration codes (they're tied to your PIN, which changed with the new 9700). Try to download them from the vendor's site on your new phone.

I would try downloading from site you bought them from, some sites will allow you to swap versions for your new device.

I upgraded mine as soon as I got home, but from the quick glance I think I saw the usual .... Word Mole, Klondike, Brickbreaker and Texas Hold 'Em King 3.

But I might be wrong and I unselected them all during the upgrade process.

Default Device switch wizard?

Did you use the backup program in BB desktop manager? It only backs up emails and message and some databases but no apps.

You need to use the DEVICE SWITCH wizard in the bb desktop manager. It will transfer all apps.
