the phone application can be disabled by an
IT policy, check with your BES administrator if this has been recently applied to your user account.
If you have done the "
Show All" (
(wheel)Show All) and it is still not there and there is no IT policy that disables the phone, the application or it's files may have become corrupt or have been deleted.
Run the
Application Loader from The
Desktop Manager making sure that the
phone application is ticked.
