Default BerryBuzz Flaw

Please Login to Remove!

I don't know if this is just because I have the trial version, but:

On BerryBuzz, as soon as I open my screen or click anything, even if I am not clicking the message, the LED light stops flashing.
This is a problem for me because sometimes I leave a message even when I go on the blackberry and I like the LED light to continue flashing.

Is there any solution to this? Is it just because I am on the trial version?

Have you tried to do a battery pull first to see if that resets it?

If so have you tried to delete and reinstall?

No I could QuickPull it right now, but should the BerryBuzz LED light remain flashing even when I am scrolling through my blackberry?

I am not sure, I do not use the app. you should be posting this in the Aftermarket Software forum. You may have better luck there.

this is a flaw with berrybuzz. sometimes the led will stop flashing when you click or start scrolling, and at other times, even if you've checked the message, the LED will keep flashing but eventually stop after you click or scroll.. i don't really have an issue with it, i love the program

I'm pretty sure this is how the app is designed. If you choose Help from the menu, you'll see the following:

"...and it will repeat alerts until acknowledged..."

I think the app considers any sort of trackball movement or key depression to be "acknowledgement."
