You shouldn't hijack a thread to change the topic. I, and many others, are running OS 7.1 on 9810s so it is not likely the OS. That said there are differences between different versions, it would be easier to assist you if you completed your profile with the current version of OS you have loaded. See my profile, I'm running 7.1.0.391
