Default Storm Themes

Has anyone seen any themes yet for the storm? I would really like a "today" style theme (like I had on my curve) so I could see upcoming appointments, etc...

There won't be any themes for the Storm until Plazmic 4.7 is released (I think).

No clue, searching around for it or any signs of it on the net produce no information either.

Plazmic 4.7 is correct, no word on it's release......

However 4.6 wasn't released all that long ago so don't hold your breath!

Should be interesting when it is released though.....

Maybe they should sticky a closed Storm Themes thread stating there aren't any out there yet...

My guess is Plazmic will be a while w/ the update since the storm is radically different as a touch etc than previous devices.

Plus RIM is pumping out devices fast enough to make it hard to keep up on the other versions I'd wager...

That is too bad that the Plazmic is not out yet. The Storm is a wonderful device, but it would have so much more potential if they had some nicer themes...too bad I guess.

I will also add that it's good for Plazmic to wait on this. Since the OS on the Storm still needs some work like memory issues. Not saying that a theme will completely corrupt a Storm. However until we get a really good OS release that the majority wants, I am willing to wait for different themes, hopefully not too long.

It is a free program. You install it on your PC and use it to edit/create themes. Once you create all the items (fonts, menus, buttons, icons, etc etc etc) you save it and export it the correct file format and then install it to your BB.

seems like elecite only has a handful....

but what i can't understand is why they are making themes that mimic other products (apple/microsoft) ? cant they come up with something more original ?
if they developed a theme that's similar to the "phantom" theme that RIM came out with a while back for the pearl, would would have paid for it....

they want to charge you money for knock-offs of other platforms, imo i wouldn't pay for that....
they don't even have a legitimate web site, no contacts/support/etc....
