How do you change the icon and font size on the media icon page, for example you click on media and you get 4 choices pictures, video, music, ringtones. I created my own theme for the Pearl it looks great except the font/icons didn't change. Any ideas?

They will not change. That page is not theme controlled. It is running an application.

How has other themes changed the size and font of the icons. I use the blue satin theme and those icons are small and use what looks like bbcasual font.

You must be talking about theme templates in Plazmic. If you use Plazmic Theme Builder and the various templates available you can alter font styles, colors, sizes within Theme Builders parameters.
