Hey guys...
i just got my phone last week..


and i got this problem
when i wan to charge my phone, it appear the msg that, stated i cant charge my phone( the charger or usb power cant provide the enough power supply)

but after i take out the battery and restart the phone
i can charge the phone

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY AND HOW PLEASE???

any sollution?

Is this a 9900 as in your post or an 8900 as in your profile?

How are you charging, via a wall charger or using your PC? Have you tried a different charging method?

sorry...i just changed my phone...
is a wall charger...is not working
but after tat i tried to use usb charger using my pc...
not working as well..

i gotta take out my battery and restart my phone
then it only can charge

What did you do just prior to this happening? Did you drop it? Get it wet? Load an app? OS upgrade?

i did os upgrade and uninstall and install some apps

basically i cant charge my phone when the batter in red condition( LOW BATTERY)
i have to remove my battery and restart the phone i only can charge
