Hello,

I recently deployed a blackberry Torch 9860 and, shockingly, the address book failed to synchronize after activation. Normally on the Bold/Curve/older Torch I would just use ALT + RBLD. On the Torch 9860 the keyboard doesn't have an alt button that I can find. Am I blind or is there some other way of having the address book rebuild itself?

Have the user go into Address Book > Options and type RSET.
