Actually I find that Evernote works fine on my Tour. I've been using it since I got the Tour and haven't had a problem with it. I went to double check its functionality upon reading this thread and the program prompted me to download version 3.0.245 which I did and it's working fine.
I agree with Midnightdraven that they don't "support" the Tour, but the non-Storm version has been golden for me.
