Pardon me if this was mentioned but on my speed dial list under "A" it reads "Lock System" and under "Q" it reads "change profile to vibrate only" and I am not able to delete or move these items as I can with all of the other entries.

Seems like a feature in 4.6 and above.
If you hit the Q to change profile to vibrate only, it will toggle to change profile to normal.
