Hi,
I dont know if this is possible or not. We have a user with two email addresses in Exchange/AD and one BB. Is there a way to set him up to be able to choose on the fly his "reply to" address? I cant see another way than having two user accounts with different primary addys and two blackberries.

The BES/BB will only use the primary SMTP address, so the answer is no. You cannot use more than one from address when sending an email. I haven't heard of a work around or anything for this either, not sure if someone else here knows of one, I doubt it though.

You can only set-up one BES address.... BUT... you can also set-up upto 10 BIS addresses... set-it up in such a way that it masks the BIS email addy with an address with corp domain extension. also BCC outgoing mail to the BES address for archiving.

Similar to the suggestion above, you could also set up the second Exchange account on BIS via POP. That way the account would show up on the BB and the user would be able to send/receive from it without doing anything fancy with the reply-to.

True, but setting-up POP/BIS exposes you to delays.... besides, you set-up BIS setting one-time.

I forgot about BIS via Outlook Web Access. There is still a delay, but it is a MUCH more seamless experience than using either POP or forwarding to another BIS account. I've tried it every way that there is, and using BIS via OWA is the closest to BES that you can get. It won't be true push email, but personally I was able to live with the 5-10 minute delays on average in order to get reconciliation and seamless sent items. I have to have reconciliation!
