1) Go to Settings and select it
2) Go to Options and select it
3) Scroll to Security Options and select it
4) Scroll to General Settings and select it
5) Press BB Menu button
6) Scroll to Wipe Handheld and select it
It will warn you that ALL personal info (Address Books, Calendars, Email, etc) will be removed, if you are sure you want to do this select Continue, if not select exit.
It will prompt you to type Blackberry, you will not see the word Blackberry typed out when you do so, however when you finish your phone will wipe itself of all personal info.
Do not turn off your phone, or pull your battery out while it is doing this, wait for the phone to finish and restart before you do anything more.
If you don't feel comfortable doing this, call your wireless provider and they will walk you through it.
