Default 100's of calendar duplicates on outlook

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

Everytime I create an appointment on a BlackBerry, it creates 100's of duplicates of the appointment in Outlook 2007.
BlackBerry is 9700, BES is 4.1.6 and Exchange is 2000.
I have tried activating another BB, but am getting the same result.
cdo.dll files on BES and exchnage are the same too
None of the other users are affected.
Any ideas?

Have also tried readding the user too.

So if your BES profile is the same as the other users and you did not add any Apps the others users do not have, this leads you to the information below from Rim..

It may be the answer.

BlackBerry smartphone users may see duplicate calendar entries in Microsoft® Outlook® 2003 or 2007 where one entry is marked as Accepted and the other is marked as Tentative. This occurs when the cdo.dll file version is 6.5.7653.x for BlackBerry Enterprise Server versions 4.1 SP4 MR5 or 4.1 SP5 for Microsoft Exchange.

In the Mail Agent logs on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, the following is displayed:

[40765] (03/25 09:07:11.316):{0x2330} {<user_name>@<organization>.com} MeetingTransactionCompleteHelper - MeetingTransferred failed for meeting with message RefId=-xxxxxxxxx

Where <user_name>@<organization>.com is the email address of the affected BlackBerry smartphone user.

Thanks tsac

However the BES is 4.1.6 and the cdo.dll is 6.0.6603. I cant find the error as described in your post.

Here is the MAGT error log:

The highlight error above relates to a problem with exch 2003 sp2, mine is Exch 2000. The only fix described in MS KB938618 is to apply a hotfix to exch2003 SP2.
Im going to try this KB:
KB03793-Calendar does not synchronize wirelessly between the BlackBerry smartphone and Microsoft Outlook
